Le Soir said the world’es largest brewer was selling its central Europeaj operations because it is fragmentedand non-strategic and planas to focus on its north and soutnh American operations instead, according to Reuters. The brewerieas are in Bulgaria, Hungary, Croatia, Czech Republic, Serbia and , Kohlberg Kravis Robertes and are among private equity groups that have expressed interest in the the Financial Times of Londojreported Monday.
