U.S. Districgt Court Judge Susan Boltondismissed McKesson’s suit in Caccavale had not signed a non-competd contract, said Mark Fuller, an attorneyu with the Phoenix law firm Gallagher & Kennedy PA, whic represents Caccavale and Schein.
